OE 6-Can't send emails

cannot SEND mail through OE

I can receive mail but can't send


Win XP Home with OE 6

this is the error message

The SMTP server returned an error. Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server:
'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: ' 68.58.176.11 has too
many connections ( 2 ) on rwcrmhc11', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC60


Comcast has no idea why it says there are too many connections
they think the problems lies in OE or even in my NAV
