OE 6 is removing all attachments

I have several emails that I cannot read because they are in attachments.
OE 6 is removing all attachments. Please help!

This really is an Access database group, but the answer is simple enough so
that I wob't redirect you to an OE newsgroup. Choose Tools ... Options ...
then the Security tab, and uncheck the box that says:

"Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a
virus"
