OE and error 0x800ccc0f

Hi

I try to find solution for problem with OE 6 (Windows XP SP2, standard
Windows Firewall and Norton AntiVirus 2007). Problem is with receiving
e-mails via SMTP (25) and I receive an error no 10053 / 0x800ccc0f. E-mails
was sending via POP3 (11) without any problem. I deinstall NAV, disable
Windows Firewall and I still have an error.
