OE and Outlook 2003 share same mail?

I'm sure there is no way of doing this but can Outlook and Outlook Express
share the same mail store? I doubt it considering Outlook uses PEST and ONE
uses DAB, but I thought I should ask anyway.

No, as you have surmised, each one uses a different storage system. Outlook
uses the .pst and Outlook Express uses the .dbx system. And, no, they
cannot talk to each other either.

Although, if you use IMAP, I think you can "virtually" share the same store.
