oe and outlook printing problem

C

colin

system info:
dell p3 500mhz - 384mb ram - 13gb free on drive - win98se
printer:
hp psc750 all in one usb

oe 6 prints two lines in the middle of the page
then two more lines in the middle of the next page
making a one page email print on 12-40 pages.

switched to outlook (office xp) and plain text
messages now print properly but any other format
prints as above, two lines in the middle of each
page on multiple pages.

spent an hour and a half on the phone with hp support.
reinstalled printer three times, each time completely
cleaning out the registry. applied patch to printer
driver for usb update, no help.

please reply to email address also, if possible.

thanks,
colin

Under your printer properties when you try to print from Outlook Express,
what is the default paper size and type?
