OE Question

Slowly weaning myself away from AOL. New to OE,of course. How do I change
the response text header, e.g. Milly's reply says something like "after
checking with Google first so-and-so wrote..."

Outlook Express is not a part of Office so your post is a bit off topic.
However, having said that, I use OE QuoteFix to customize my signature. You
can find it if you google it - it is free and rather nice so make a donation
of $5 or so to help the author.
