OE removed access to my 'unsafe' attachments

I'm using Outlook Express and word/excel attachments that
I used to be able to open are no longer accessable.

The paper clip remains next to the email in my inbox, but
when I open the mail there is a message
'OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your mail'

Does anybody know whats going on?

You recently applied SP1 and have picked up a new security feature. To
disable this feature, see Tools | Options | Security and uncheck the second
box from the top concerning potentially dangerous attachments.
