Aren't the folders "groups" ? The contacts should import but they will be
in one folder. Why do you try it and see what happens? The data will not be
removed from OE - its just added to Outlook.
In OutLook Express...
address FOLDERs let you collect addresses such that you can select a folder
and choose which address(es) out of the group you want to send to.
GROUPs is a set predefined list of email addresses to send to. You can't
pick and choose out of a group.

You did not mention anything about Address Folders in OE?
Will Address Folders (OE) import into OutLook?
OK, I loaded an old version of OuLook and imported from OE. It loaded all
1805 addresses into the Contacts personal address book (even though the 1805
were in 30 some folders in OE)
It looks like OutLooks solution to "folders" for addresses is called
Personal address books?? From how I describe folders (OE) does that sound
right?
Maybe a work around to getting my folder addresses into PAB's is to drag and
drop addresses from a folder (OE) to the desktop which creates individual
VCFs then import those VCfs into a PAB. But I am getting an error from
OutLook when using the import wizard to import a VCF. The error is...
"The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists restart OutLook."
Would using OutLook 7 solve this import problem for importing VCF's (VCARD
files)
Can I download a trial copy of OutLook 7 to try it?
