I have received plenty of advice, but nothing is working
on this problem. I have .dbx files on a CD from a backup
when HD failed. I have located the folder where MS
Outlook Express stores the .dbx files. I copy all the
files to a folder on my desktop, and then remove the read
only attributes. Then the fun begins, I can drag the
files to the open window of explorer to the location of
the OE6 files, but I cannot open the files!!! When I go
to OE there is nothing in the new LOCAL FOLDER that I
made with the same name as what is in the file. No advice
so far is working.
