I have Verizon DSL and tried to change my email password. After doing so, I
could not access my email account and called Verizon four times. They
created a new identity by simply adding the numeral "1" after my former
identity. I have lost my address book and several thousand messages I had
saved in the Local Folders area under Outlook Express.
Any help greatly appreciated.
