oem licencing no activation

I reciently built myself a new computer for Vista. I bought a oem version of
Office 2007 Basic. According to the package, you download Office 2007
professional trial and put your product key in and you activate. Problem is
that it doesnt accept product key. You can order a backup disk from MS and
pay 10 bucks for delivery but 3 days later I get an automated response from
MS saying they cant send to me. I figure because I havnt activated it yet.
Dont know. Anyone had this problem??

You need to contact the folks you purchased the OEM software from. Microsoft
will not help you because you didn't get the full retail version.
