OEM Office Professional Trial w/o BCM

We have a client who purchased a laptop with an Office Professional 2007
trial on it. He bought a license for the trial, but it doesn't have BCM
(even though it *should* come with the suite.) I know it is a separate
download when you purchase it online, but that's not an option here, since
the product was pre-installed. We tried some testing to see if we could add
the Outlook w/BCM product, but then we get the error message that Office
version is not correct.

Can anyone tell me how to get BCM installed on this client's machine
correctly?

Was this an Office MLK version?
As I understand it if you purchase Office online, its from MS online
partner, Digital River, and you download the installation file
