OEM to RETAIL?

I have a OEM versions of Office XP Professional and Publisher 2002 (XP). I
wish to upgrade these to Office 2003 Professional (Office 2003 Professional
contains Publisher 2003). I want to use an upgrade retail version of
Office 2003 Professional.

Can I do this ? Can I upgrade an OEM version with a Retail version? If I
manage to do this, what will the Licence of my newly upgraded product be -
OEM or RETAIL?

If you purchase the software at retail, it is retail. And yes, you can use
OEM versions for upgrade qualification.
