OEM v full retail version?

Can someone tell me what is difference between OEM and "full retail version"
of Office Professional 2007. Would I be able to install the OEM version on my
laptop as well as my desktop or do I need the full retail version to be able
to do so?

Aside from that, retail versions of Office and Office Applications have what
we call the portable usage rights, you can use Office on your desktop and on
your notebook computer as well.

OEM means that the license is restricted to that one computer. You cannot
load it on another system. to do that, you need a full retail version.
