# of Computers to Download Office 2003 Prof

I have a laptop from Dell, Windows XP and loaded Office 2003 Professional on
it separately. The Office Suite was purchased separately from a College. I
would like to purchase a desktop and still utilize the laptop. Can I load my
copy of Office Profesional onto the Desktop, which will run Windows Vista.
