Of the listboxes (or combos) to table

Hi!
I have a form based in T_Result.
This table is for being filled by listboxes not synchronized.
LstLocal is based on T_Locals and LstOcorr is based on T_Ocorr.
T_Locals and T_Ocorr are linked with T_Result through IdLocal and IdOcorr.
When I choose options in theese listboxes only loads the Local and Ocorr
contents,
or IdLocal and IdOcorr, consonant the value of the Bound Column.

Already I tried through textboxes with the values of the listboxes but it
did not result,
although these elements are loaded in these textboxes.

Will be possible to load all the elements of each, please?
