OFC - How to use?

I am currently struggling to get the Office File Converter working. If I
have some documents in a folder called c:\docs and I want to convert them
what do I need to put in the ofc.ini file? Do I have to use the source and
destination file templates part? Also, if I export a list from the OMPM what
do I need to do to convert the files in the list? I have been trying this
with various setting for quite a while now but I just keep getting errors.
