Off 07_b how do I get my quick part gallery to stay saved?

When I close Office 07 beta it won't save the text in the quick part gallery.
I reopen the program and all the text blocks that I saved are gone. All
previous versions are removed. No errors detected in diagnostics. hmmmmm......
