Off XP - can I place "Working With Headers" buttons on tool bar a.

In previous versions of OutLook I could setup button on the tool bar for
"Mark to download message" and "Mark to Download a Copy of Message". XP does
not seem to provide for that?
Also, when I select multiple message headers, the only dropdown option is to
download message, the "copy" option disappears. The only way to sellect
multiple "copy" is following the long trial through the TOOLS/SEND REC......

What a pain!
