Offer to convert from trial version of Office home and student 200

Linda

I received an offer that's good for 4 days to convert my trial version of
Officed home and student 2007 for $69.99. When I click the link to convert
it, the purchase page shows a price of $159.99. How do I get the $69.99 cost?

Thanks for your quick response. I live in the Canada. The offer on
Amazon.com is only for the U.S. The email offer doesn't mention amazon.com
in it.

Amazon.ca has it for $149.99 and you get the cd, unlike MS conversion where
the cd costs extra

In US Office 2007 Home and Student is being promoted by various sellers for
about $70 USD. You should expect a different price in Canada.

Check your local stores for promotions. Google for - Office 2007 Home and
Student Canada. Amazon.com has a Canada offer of about $90 via third party
resellers {for example}.

Since I do not know the source of your email, lack of mention of Amazon.com
has no meaning to me. Just be sure that when you buy Office you get the DVD
not just a license number.

I would guess the offer came from somewhere other than
Microsoft. As suggested maybe it was on Amazon. Check the original
offer.

If it's the same email I got, follow the links. There are 7 links on that
page where you can buy it HOWEVER, it could very well be an offer only
applicable to US residents. You are going to have to read the offer closely.

Thank you everyone for your responses. The offer actually came from
Microsoft Office. I read all of the small print and clicked on all of the
links. It mentions that my trial is coming to an end and then refers to the
offer. Perhaps the message was intended for U.S. residents only, although
the offer makes no mention of that. I'll continue watching for sales on this
product. Thanks!
