Office 03, Calender Sharing

I have a user who want's to share his calender with his co-
worker, I set both up with permission to view one
another's calender but only one can see the others
calender (Jerry) and Susan everytime she clickes on Jerry
calender to view it she gets an error ( Folder cannot be
viewed ). I checked both users and both were setup
correctly. Please Help
