Office '07 and Language Bar

For some reason, the language bar is not working properly. It does not
display on the desktop, and I can only see it on the taskbar. On the
taskbar, I only see the help option, not anything else. Is this a
compatibility error with Office '07 Beta? I am running Windows XP Home
with the latest SP, with Office 07.

Hi James,

In the Windows Control Panel, if you open the 'Regional and Language Settings' applet and use the Language Tab and the [Details]
setting what are the settings for the [Language Bar] in that dialog and what languages are listed under 'Installed Services'?
