Office 07 File Open Dialog Box

I really like the new File Open dialog box shipped with office 2007 and the
fact that you can have "My Places" to quickly access regular locations on my
network.

Is there anyway to modify Windows XP Pro to always use this Open dialog
instead of the default dialog for non Office 2007 applications ?
