Office 07: File Permission Error

Word and Excel both give this error when saving files to our Win Server
2003: "There has been a network or file permission error. The network
connection may be lost." But it does save the files. Every Vista Business
PC with Office 07 does this. I opened Word Pad and saved without an error.
Have seen numerous postings about this issue but no solution. I disabled
Defender and our eTrust Antivirus8 but still get error. Don't have MS
OneCare installed. These are new OEM PC's right out of the box. Surely
there is a fix?? Diane

It is the only article that I could find that addressed your issue. There maybe
a clue in the explanation that could help you.
Maybe someone in the Windows Vista newsgroups can help.

I'm having the problem described in the article when saving from Windows
Vista with Word 2007 to a remote file system on Windows XP . Any information
about when the fix will be released?
