Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

All the mac office programmes, word, excel, powerpoint and entourage will not launch. in force quit... it tells me the programmes are not responding

There's not enough detail here to work with.

Please indicate your exact versions of OS X & Office. Is this a *new*
installation or were things working & then stopped?

What else has changed on your system that may be contributing to the
problem?

Have you tried launching from the Applications folder rather than from the
Dock? Are you double-clicking file icons?
