Office 12.0.1 updater now available

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel

Did anyone realize that MS released an update on 3/11? It's on Apple's site- here's the link:

What's strange is the Office updater (as of 3/14) says there are no updates for 12.0.0. Is MS delaying the release on their update server for some period?

I believe it is because MS has not released it for the auto-updater yet. The bits are not there.

You will have to do a manual download and update-install.
