Office 12 Beta 2 & Vista RC1

My Office 12 b2 won't start with my Vista RC1 ! I have popup : Microsoft has
stopped working ! Any idea ?

What was your install scenario? Clean install of each Windows Vista RC-1 as
well as Office 2007? Or was one, the other, or both an upgrade from
previously installed versions?

Clean install (dual boot) for vista and clean install Office 12 beta 2
($1.50) ! I use universal key mtp6q-...
