Office 200 Premium / microsoft XP

When trying to install Office 200 Premium on my Windows XP
it stops 3/4 of the way through with "Installation
terminated Prematurely", then upon retry, it will finally
give "Internal Error 2755. Contact product Support". Does
anyone have office 200 loaded on their Windows XP and if
so how? Also I am unable to get the office toolbar back.
Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED !
