I have lost my toolbar on all Word documents and have to
rely on th limited tools provided by right clicking the
mouse on the text. How do I get it back ?

Mick,

Did you try right clicking on the menu bar? A choice
panel should appear allowing you to check off whichever
toolbars you want. Most people go with "Standard"
and "Formating"

Good Luck!

Either it's because you're using a version of Word that's 18 centuries out
of date or...

Thanks but the problem is I don't have a menu bar. When I
right click I just get Restore, minimise and close.
