Office 200 won't uninstall

When attempting to uninstall Office 2000 over a network
the installation program will run the unistall, then after
restarting Office 2000 is still on the machine.

I have run the installation program three times and this
still occurs. The machine is a pentium three with 64 Mb
RAM running Windows 2000 Professional SP4.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you running the uninstall through a terminal session or ...?
