Office 2000 and interactive pivot table

My web server runs Win 2000 Pro and has Office XP.

Most of the users have Office 2000 for Small Business on their PC.

I install the Office Web Components 10 on users' PCs. When they access
the web page with Pivot table (data access page created with Access),
they can't interact with it (can't filtering, ...)

Questions :

- Is that because I installed owc10 on their PCs?
- If that's the reason, should I uninstall owc10? would owc 2000 be
still there?
- I checked but couldn't find the option to install owc in the Office
2000 Small Business installation CD
