Office 2000 and Windows XP SP2

Does anyone know if Office 2000 has any problems running on XP SP2? We are
thinking of doing an upgrade on our XP machines, and most of them run Office
2000. Are there any special patches needed, etc.? Would it be best to
upgrade office to XP or 2003 instead?
