Office 2000 Configuration

I recently upgraded to Windows 2000, and had to reinstall
Office. When starting Word, Excel or Access I would get a
message saying "Please wait while Windows configures
Microsoft Office 2000 Professional".

To get rid of this I tried reinstalling Office. Now Word
and Excel work fine, but I still get the message and delay
when starting Access.

Any ideas what I can do to get past this annoying startup
delay?
