What do I have to do to get in touch with someone at
Microsoft to report that I have defective CDs? I have
tried everything and I see no way to report a defective
product without paying for it. I have already paid for
these CDs and neither one will install. What do I need to
do? I purchased an original version from another vendor
but I'm sure it is Microsoft that need to know they are
selling defective products. Help!!!

Where did you obtain the CDs? If it is from the computer manufacturer, then
you will need to contact them for replacements. Microsoft is not
responsible for OEM CDs.

If you bought them at retail, then you can contact Microsoft for replacement
media.

Hope this helps.
