Office 2000 Disc 1

I bought office 2000 a few years ago. I have updated my machine but can't
load Office 2000 premium as the disc is damaged. I have the discs and code.
Can anyone let me know where to get a back up copy?

Is it really damaged, or does cleaning the CD help?

I reinstalled Office 2000 on my mom's computer recently, and I kept getting
errors saying the system couldn't read the CD. Thing is, it happened with a
couple of other programs' installation CDs as well, so I think the CD drive
might actually be going bad. Anyway, ejecting the tray, jiggling the CD, and
closing the tray a couple of times usually resolved the problem. (I also
cleaned the CD, yes.)

You can try the links here for replacement CDs, but I wouldn't hold my
breath.
Contact Microsoft - Support, Sales, Replacement CDs etc.
