Office 2000 End User License Agreement dialog box

A Office 2000 End User License Agreement dialog box pops
up everytime Word or Excel is launched. Everything works
fine after I click on the Accept button but this dialog
box pops up again the next time Word or Excel is
launched. How can I stop this End User License Agreement
dialog box from popping up each time Word or Excel is
launched?

Found the solution to my own problem...

I logged onto the problem Windows 2000 PC using a user
name with administrator rights. Ran Word and accepted the
End User License Agreement (EULA) when the dialog box
appeared. After that I was able to launch Word without
the EULA dialog box appear.

Note: This might also work if you log on with a user name
that has Power User rights but I'm not sure.
