Office 2000 error 2349

I recently upgraded my Dell Inspiron to WinXP and tried to reload my MS
Office 2000 Pro. During installation it hangs for a minute then I get
"Internal Error 2349 Please contact Product Support for Assistance". I have
used these cd's for my upgrade from 98 to ME and they worked. Now....?
I tried turning off my Norton AV and Firewall, but it didn't help.
Any clues?
