office 2000 file optimizer

My Computer specification: Laptop Panasonic Model No. Cf-S22 (Purchased on
2000)
GenuineIntel Pentium[r] Processor Intel MMX? Technology RAM: 95 Mb Hard
Disk: 4 Gb
OS: Windows 98, 4.10.1998 (Japanese Version), RAM: 95.0 Mb

Every time I start my computer, before desktop appears a windows popup and
title says:
Office 2000 File optimizer. If I don't cancel it, it enters a lengthy
process of optimizing which takes long time and worse than that when it
finishes nothing happens, it doesn't disappear and I cant get rid of it. The
only choice id to restart the computer. Most of the time the windows doesn't
happen in the second time.
Is it possible to disable it?
