Office 2000 Flickers

I'm Running office 2000, on windows 2000 pro, when i open
any type of document, the active window will flicker not
the entire screen just the office window. I tried
repairing and still the same problem, it is happening on a
few pc's in the same area.

If Office and other programs (i.e. FormFlow) are
flickering, you may want to see you are using a network or
locally shared printer, if you aare you will need to check
the spooling time on the pc having problem, then update
the print drivers.
