Office 2000 --General Question

A

ANa

Sorry to post a licensing question, but I hope someone can
clarify. We purchased the office 2000 volume license.
Over the years people in our organization have used a mix
of Office 2000 Professional and Office 2000 Premium CDs to
do installs.

The question I have is whether anyone knows if we are in
violation of our licensing agreement since are using a mix
of Premium and Professional CDs? We have not been
installing Frontpage or Access in any situation. Does it
matter in this case? Should we try and fix the situation
by going back and removing premium and installing
professional?

Sorry again...but I wasn't sure where else to ask this
question.

You can and should ask the question of Microsoft Licensing.

However, from experience, I can tell you that you cannot use the Premium CD,
not install a couple of programs, and have it legal under your Professional
license.
