Office 2000 install error

I'm trying to install office from a admin install point.
everything is fine until I reboot and I get the following
message "Error 1904. Module C:\WINNT\system32
\msjetoledb40.dll failed to register. HRESULT -
2147467259." any ideas on how to fix this error?
