I found this previous message here (10/29/03):

agreeing to the contract, I hit the next button and
nothing happens. It won't let me continue with the
download process. It just does nothing."
I have the same problem, but slightly different. My
computer is scanned, the recommended critical updates
show, and I click installation. The installation wizard
dialog box shows the contract. The "accept" box is checked
(and partially hidden), but the wizard does NOT display
the "next" button (or any other buttons, such
as "cancel,") so I can't continue. On repeated tries,
sometimes a different dialog box pops up, but again, no
buttons are shown to enable me to continue installation.
Any help appreciated!
