Due to my computer crashing, i had to re-install all of my
software (including office). When i try to do so, i get
the error messege that is related to the windows installer
problem. I have followed the help provided (downloaded
windows installer clean up) and the clean up utility
doesn't seem to work. I do not know what else i can do and
Office 2000 is a vital software package to me, as all of
my college work is produced using office.
Any information anyone may have would be most appreciated.
