Should not be a problem. I installed it a few days ago and applied SP 3
without issue. Make sure you are installing as administrator.

we appear to be having a conflict between Microsoft Mail and Outlook 2000
...... any suggestions other than an upgrade to Office 2007?

I am trying to install office 2000 and it is asking for my 25 digit code. I
have the original jewel case on the Certificate of Authenticity on the front
has a 20 digit product identification number and there is a 9 digit bar code
but I do not see a 25 digit code. what should I do

Solved the product key problem by calling Microsoft sales and they gave me a
replacement key of 25 digits at no cost.

Now my installation is haning up giving me an Installer Information

Error 1305. Error Reading from File:

E:\PFiles\Common|System\Mapi\1033\NT\MSMAP132.DLL
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Anybody know what I can do about this
