I HAVE OFFICE 2000 SR-1 INSTALLED WITH ONLY MSWORD, AND EXCELL. MY DISK ARE
OLD AND SCRATCHY. I'M WANTING TO PUT PICTURE IT, PUB AND THE REST OF THE CD'S
ON MY HDD. I CAN'T EVEN UNINSTALL OFFICE, BECAUSE THERE IS A GLITCH IN IT
SOMEWHERE, SO UNINSTALLING IS OUT OF THE QUESTION. AM I GOIG TO HAVE TO
RESORT TO "DEL TREE" FROM MSDOS PROMPT AND THEN CLEAN UP THE REST WITH
WINDOWS??? CAN ANYONE SHED SOME LIGHT ON THIS FOR ME??? I APPRECIATE YOUR
TIME AND CONSIDERATION...

1. This is an MS Access database discussion group and not general Office
installation.

2. If you use MSDOS commands or even things like Windows Explorer to
willy-nilly delete files and folders, You can be sure that it will never work
right again until you wipe the hard drive and start from scratch.

3. Best bet would be to buy an upgrade to Office XP or 2003 and install it.
