I am having a company wide problem where I have done recently fresh installs
of Office 2000 on everyones workstation, everything works fine for that user
but if a different user tries to log in and try to run an office app they
get the error "This action is only valid for products that are currently
installed". The oulook Icon that is normally on the desktop "the hard coded
one", not a shortcut is just a folder icon with no text. when i log back in
as the user that i installed it as everything works fine.
Some info:
Windows 2k AD domain native
win2k desktops (sp4)
office 2k pro (sp3)
all users have local admin rights
any help would be greatly appreciated
