Office 2000 - Office Assistant

J

john(removethis)

I am having trouble with Office 2000. When starting Office programs, I
recieve a message stating the Office Assistant could be started. This slows
down the loading of Word, Excel etc. I have tried uninstalling and
reinstalling to run all from my computer several times, with no success. Can
anyone suggest a solution? The O/S is Windows 2000.
