Office 2000 on Windows XP

Hello everyone.

A client of mine was told by HP support today, that "Every Office 2000
install on Windows XP will eventually fail". We have Office 2000 on Win
XP,and just started getting Excel errors a few days ago, that is why we
called.

I have not heard of this, can anyone confirm if this is correct or
incorrect?

Thank you,
Josh

Sounds like the typical twaddle reported from OEM support desks. What are
the specific errors you are experiencing? Are you current with Office and
Windows service packs?

Have you ever heard the term "Bollocks"?
HP is not the company it used to be; in the name of maintaining share price,
just about everything has been out-sourced to the cheapest bidder.
