As the sysadmin for a small company one of the users has presented me with a
problem. It seems that when she receives email with a return receipt request
the receipt stays in the Outbox with an error stating that she is not the
sender. All of her other email works fine for sending and receiving but not
the RRs.
How do I troubleshoot this problem?
