Office 2000 Personal Word Japanese Version

Hey Guys,

I have a problem regarding the Office 2000 Personal
Japanese Version (Specifically WORD)that our Japanese
Representative is using.

Scenario:

HE has a Office 2000 Jap in Win XP Jap also. When he is
trying to type in the WORD Document upon changing the
character into English it always hang-up. It also occurs
when you press EMTER and the word move to the other line.

I think the problem is within the conversion of English
Character to Jap and Vice versa.

Can anyone help me. Does these have something to with RAM
(currently 256 with P4 2.4GHz.)?
